Services provided by Fitness Fuel Wellness are available to individuals who:
Carlo Pepia is licensed in New York State only. Providing services to patients outside New York State is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to confirm your eligibility before booking.
Fitness Fuel Wellness does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency — including chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe injury, suicidal ideation, or any other life-threatening condition — call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use this website or contact form for emergencies.
Booking an appointment and completing intake forms initiates the process of establishing a patient-provider relationship. A formal relationship is established only upon Carlo Pepia's determination that he can appropriately serve you, following clinical review of your intake forms and bloodwork. He reserves the right to decline to establish a patient-provider relationship with any prospective patient.
All services are delivered via telehealth (secure online video). By booking, you acknowledge receipt of and agreement to our Telehealth Informed Consent, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You must complete all required consent and intake forms before your appointment will be confirmed.
Testosterone and certain other medications are classified as controlled substances under federal law. Prescribing of controlled substances via telehealth is currently permitted under temporary DEA flexibilities extended through December 31, 2026. If regulatory requirements change, in-person evaluation may become required before certain prescriptions can be issued. We will notify affected patients of any such changes.
Prescriptions are issued at Carlo's sole clinical discretion. Booking a consultation does not guarantee a prescription will be issued.
Some medications prescribed through this practice — including peptide therapies — are compounded preparations sourced from licensed 503B compounding facilities. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drugs. By accepting a compounded prescription, you acknowledge this distinction and consent to receiving a compounded rather than commercially manufactured product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitness Fuel Wellness and Carlo Pepia, ACNP-BC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the consultation giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York State.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
